I've been curious about throwing an avocado in my smoothie... does is change the texture much? Also, I can't wait to fully commit to this after baby is born! I'll definitely be implementing some of the tips before then though! :)
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you came! Avocado make it very smooth and creamy, I personally love them. Just stick to a quarter or half avocado. Also try adding kiwi with skin on. You can't taste it but has major vitamins.
ReplyDeleteSuper excited about these recipes. Would you use these as a meal replacement or a big snack?
ReplyDeleteEither one, just adjust ingredient amounts to calories for that meal/snack. Most smoothie recipes make enough for two.
